| Payment Terms | Payment is due within 15 to 30 days from the candidate's date of joining, as mutually agreed. |
| Replacement Guarantee | We offer one free replacement if the candidate leaves the organization within 90 days of joining. |
| Early Termination | If the candidate is terminated by the client within the agreed payment period, the invoice remains payable as per the agreed commercial terms. However, Kiaash Business Solutions will provide one free replacement, ensuring your hiring requirement is fulfilled without any additional recruitment fee. |
